**Job Title:** Group Practice Partnership
**Role Summary:**
Partner with a behavioral health group practice to deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based therapy to adult clients via video and in‑person sessions. Build and lead a diverse clinical team committed to client‑centered, culturally responsive care and continuous feedback‑informed improvement.
**Expectations:**
- Maintain current, in‑good‑standing master’s or doctoral level license in New York (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LMHC, PsyD).
- Provide short‑term, evidence‑based treatment for adult clients with stress, depression, anxiety, and related concerns.
- Utilize standardized outcome measures to inform care and provide feedback to clients.
- Operate from a dedicated commercial or home office space; no company‑provided office.
- Engage in collaborative practice, contribute to team meetings, and support peer learning.
- Uphold culturally responsive and competent practice standards.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via video or in‑person.
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans grounded in CBT, DBT, Unified Protocol, CPT, or PE.
- Administer and interpret standardized assessment tools; track progress and adjust treatment.
- Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation and billing records.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team discussions and case consultations.
- Foster therapeutic alliances, manage client engagement, and facilitate client‑centered goal setting.
- Stay current with evidence‑based practices, regulatory requirements, and industry trends.
- Ensure confidentiality, ethical standards, and compliance with New York licensing regulations.
**Required Skills:**
- Proficiency in CBT, DBT, Unified Protocol, CPT, or PE for adult populations.
- Strong clinical assessment, intervention, and documentation skills.
- Cultural competence and ability to provide culturally responsive care.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and collaborative teamwork.
- Ability to use video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) and electronic health records.
- Organizational skills, including time management and client scheduling.
- Commitment to feedback‑informed care and continuous quality improvement.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Licensed LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, LMHC, or PsyD in New York.
- Master’s degree or higher from an accredited program in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Marriage & Family Therapy.
- Minimum 1 year post‑licensure clinical experience; preferred 2 years in CBT/DBT or related modalities.
- Good standing with the New York licensing board.
- Own commercial or home office space suitable for in‑person therapy sessions.
