**Job title**
Director, Business Systems
**Role Summary**
Strategic leader responsible for the continuous evolution, implementation, and support of key business information systems (CRM, ERP, BI). Shapes the technology roadmap, manages major projects, leads a system‑operations team, and partners with external vendors to ensure high performance, user adoption, and alignment with organizational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
• Define and communicate the future‑state roadmap for business systems, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
• Lead the full project lifecycle of D365 CRM and other major system upgrades (ERP, BI, analytics).
• Oversee continuous optimization of global business systems and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency and enable timely, relevant data access for decision‑making.
• Capture business requirements, configure systems, and coordinate with implementation partners.
• Develop training programs, documentation, and change‑management plans to promote user adoption.
• Provide daily support and root‑cause analysis for CRM, ERP, and other critical applications.
• Manage relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and enforce SLA compliance.
• Mentor and develop a high‑performance systems team, setting clear performance goals and conducting regular reviews.
• Collaborate closely with IT, finance, marketing, sales, and other business units to surface needs and deliver solutions.
**Required Skills**

**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Professional certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365/CRM (e.g., D365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant), ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), Project Management (PMP, Prince2, PMI-ACP), Business Analytics/BI (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
