Job Description: Job Title: Inventory Manager Role Summary: Oversee inventory management processes to ensure stock accuracy, coordinate with teams for order fulfillment, and implement systems to optimize inventory flow in a tech retail environment. Expactations: Maintain accurate stock records, minimize discrepancies, and support efficient operations to meet customer demand. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor, record, and reconcile incoming/outgoing devices and parts - Inspect device/part quality and condition upon receipt - Maintain inventory records and prepare stock reports for management - Coordinate with suppliers for purchase orders, deliveries, and stock replenishment - Implement labeling, storage, and tracking systems to improve inventory flow - Support logistics for large shipments and repairs - Contribute to process improvements in inventory and operations systems Required Skills: - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or retail logistics - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or inventory management tools - Ability to work independently and in a team - Problem-solving and analytical abilities Required Education & Certifications: - Minimum 1-2 years of inventory/operations experience preferred - Familiarity with electronics/tech industry assets
