Job Title: Customer Success Manager – Packaging Role Summary Lead the end‑to‑end customer lifecycle for packaging solutions, driving adoption, renewal, and expansion while translating technical product success into measurable business value for executive stakeholders. Expectations - Own 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in engineering, manufacturing, or consulting. - Strong background in packaging development/production for the CPG sector. - Proven ability to manage multimillion‑dollar accounts, balance technical depth with business acumen. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the primary point of contact, building trusted advisor relationships with customer engineering, quality, and operations teams. - Own account performance: revenue, contracts, milestones, and outcomes. - Project manage delivery and adoption of technical solutions, ensuring timely adoption and integration. - Conduct regular business reviews, develop and execute mutual success plans, and drive net revenue retention. - Identify and act on upsell, cross‑sell, and new use‑case opportunities to expand product usage. - Proactively manage renewal processes, mitigate churn risk, and maintain overall account health. - Build and scale internal processes, templates, and best practices for customer success.
