Job Description
**Job Title** B2B SaaS Sales Executive (Morocco & Africa) **Role Summary** Drive the entire sales cycle for Operyo’s cloud maintenance platform, from prospecting to closing. Deliver tailored demos, nurture trials, and convert leads into paying customers across the MENA region, while providing market insights to shape product and pricing strategies. **Expectations** - Month 1: Master the pitch and conduct 15–20 demos. - Months 2–3: Build a qualified pipeline that is 3× the monthly target and secure 2–4 new contracts per month (based on average deal size). - KPI focus: no‑show rate, conversion rate, forecast accuracy. **Key Responsibilities** - Manage end‑to‑end sales process (prospecting, qualification, demos, trials, closing). - Respond to inbound leads, follow up, and schedule demos. - Execute multichannel outreach (email, calls, social, events). - Deliver product demonstrations tailored to specific use cases. - Guide prospects through trials to maximize activation and conversion. - Maintain and update CRM pipeline with forecasts, notes, and next steps. - Represent Operyo at client visits, trade shows, and webinars. - Capture customer feedback to inform product and pricing evolution. **Required Skills** - 2–5+ years of B2B SaaS or technical solutions sales experience. - Fluent in French; professional proficiency in Arabic; English an advantage. - Ability to engage C‑level and operational decision makers. - Strong discovery, qualification, and negotiation skills. - Methodical, results‑driven, and able to work independently. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent professional experience) in Business, Marketing, or related field. - Sales certifications (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) are a plus but not mandatory.
