Job Description

Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer (Full Stack) Role Summary: Design, develop, and maintain scalable back‑end integrations and responsive front‑end applications, driving innovation across the full technology stack while ensuring quality, performance, and reliability. Expectations: 8+ years of full‑stack development, senior technical leadership, TDD, agile practices, and strong communication skills; ability to mentor juniors and influence IT strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Architect and implement RESTful APIs and Connectors using MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Informatica, or Apache Camel. - Develop front‑end applications with JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Next.js, RxJS, Redux) and modern styling (Styled Components, Tailwind CSS). - Design relational database schemas and queries for PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MySQL, or Oracle. - Apply OIDC security to web applications and ensure compliance with authentication standards. - Write clean, testable code using TDD and maintain comprehensive unit/integration tests. - Manage continuous delivery pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab, Jenkins, Bitbucket) and enforce CI/CD best practices. - Lead or co‑lead development teams, provide technical guidance, and estimate SDLC phases. - Resolve production incidents across the stack and drive process improvements. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption aligned with business goals. Required Skills: - Proficient in Java, Maven, WSDL/OpenAPI, and microservices architecture. - Deep experience with front‑end frameworks (React, Next.js) and state management (Redux). - Strong Git proficiency with modern branching strategies. - Expertise in relational database design and performance tuning. - Knowledge of security practices, including OIDC and web app hardening. - Mastery of Agile/Scrum methodologies and team leadership. - Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless patterns. - Automation mindset: test coverage, code review, and continuous delivery. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent combination of post‑secondary education and experience).
