**Job Title:** Sales Outdoor **Role Summary:** Field sales representative responsible for prospecting, presenting, and selling Dr. Scent products to retail partners, corporate customers, and end‑consumers within assigned territories. Builds and sustains long‑term client relationships, drives revenue, and provides market feedback to improve sales strategies. **Expectations:** - Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Maintain accurate daily activity logs and client records. - Travel locally with a valid driver’s license. - Represent the brand professionally in all external interactions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Visit potential and existing clients to present product offerings. - Conduct product demonstrations and explain features/benefits. - Identify and develop new business opportunities in the territory. - Collect customer feedback and market insights for strategy refinement. - Coordinate order processing and delivery with sales and logistics teams. - Submit timely activity reports and maintain up‑to‑date sales documentation. **Required Skills:** - 1–2 years outdoor/field sales experience (perfume or FMCG preferred). - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. - Proven sales drive with a results‑oriented mindset. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally. - Good knowledge of local market dynamics and customer behavior. - Professional appearance and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Arabic fluency preferred; English proficiency a plus. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Minimum: High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid driving license.
