Job Description
Job Title: Recruitment and HR Administration Officer Role Summary: Recruit and administer HR processes for a dynamic organization, managing end‑to‑end recruitment, personnel files, absence tracking, and HR reporting. Collaborate with external partners and contribute to HR project improvement. Expectations: * 3–5 years of proven experience in recruitment and HR administration, ideally in staffing agencies, recruitment firms, or offshore operations. * Bachelor’s to Master’s level in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent. * Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, autonomy, and a proactive, results‑oriented attitude. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage full recruitment cycle: post job ads, screen applications, conduct phone preselections, schedule interviews, and track candidate progress. 2. Administer HR functions: prepare contracts, maintain personnel dossiers, monitor absences and leave, and generate HR reports. 3. Liaise with external partners and regulatory bodies (e.g., CNSS, ANAPEC, OFPPT). 4. Participate in HR process optimization and support HR‑related projects. Required Skills: * Recruitment lifecycle management * HR administration & payroll fundamentals * Strong communication and stakeholder management * Data‑driven reporting and documentation * Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s (Bac+3) or Master’s (Bac+5) degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field. * Professional certification in HR (e.g., SHRM‑CP, PHR, or equivalent) is an advantage.
