Job Description
**Job Title** Compliance Analyst – Global AML Senior Analyst **Role Summary** Execute and support comprehensive AML/KYC, sanctions, and anti‑bribery compliance activities across investment transactions and portfolio monitoring. Coordinate with Legal, Operations, deal teams, and external regulators to ensure regulatory alignment, accurate due diligence, and timely reporting. **Expectations** - Deliver rigorous AML/KYC checks and sanctions screening for transactions, entities, and individuals. - Provide prompt KYC support to deal teams and address inbound requests. - Manage compliance documentation, questionnaires, DDQs, and beneficial ownership reporting in line with global regimes. - Maintain training records and support firm‑wide risk assessments, testing, and oversight. - Resolve compliance matters in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external regulators. - Lead or assist on special projects, including political contribution reviews. **Key Responsibilities** 1. Conduct AML/KYC due diligence on transactions, entities, and individuals; perform screening and flag issues. 2. Support deal teams with timely transaction due diligence and coordinate inbound KYC requests. 3. Review AML/sanctions questionnaires, DDQs, and related documentation for accuracy and completeness. 4. Assist in beneficial ownership reporting and ensure compliance with global beneficial ownership regimes. 5. Maintain, update, and track AML/sanctions and anti‑bribery/anti‑corruption training materials and records. 6. Support firm‑wide risk assessments, testing, reporting, and oversight metrics. 7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (trustees, custodians, regulators, etc.) to resolve compliance matters. 8. Perform additional compliance tasks such as political contribution reviews and special project assignments. **Required Skills** - 3+ years of compliance or regulatory experience in financial services or investment firms. - Deep knowledge of AML/KYC frameworks, global sanctions (U.S., U.K., Europe, Cayman Islands), and anti‑bribery/anti‑corruption standards. - Familiarity with investment adviser code of ethics, M&A/fund structures, and beneficial ownership regimes. - Strong analytical, detail‑oriented, and proactive mindset; ability to prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and professional integrity. - Proficiency in AML screening tools, databases, and compliance software. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business, or related field. - Professional certifications preferred: CAMS (Certified Anti‑Money Laundering Specialist) or equivalent. ---
