**IT Service Manager** **Role Summary** Lead IT service delivery across Digital, HR, and Finance portfolios, ensuring alignment with business goals through end-to-end service lifecycle management. Drive service excellence, stability, and continuous improvement. **Expactations** - Proven experience managing IT services across full service lifecycles. - Demonstrated expertise in supplier relationship management. - ITIL V3/V4 certification (preferred, not mandatory). - Working knowledge of ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred). - Experience with outsourced delivery models. - Proficiency in Jira and Confluence. - Strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities. - Commercial awareness and compliance-focused reporting. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee service delivery for assigned business areas, ensuring SLA/OLA compliance. - Act as SME for service portfolio, providing leadership and guidance. - Manage incident, problem, and change processes to maintain service availability. - Coordinate service transition strategies for new solutions. - Develop supplier/partner relationships to enhance service performance. - Monitor service performance metrics and drive improvement initiatives. **Required Skills** - ITIL service management knowledge. - ITSM platform experience (e.g., ServiceNow). - Agile methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence). - Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder negotiation. - Risk management and compliance reporting. - Analytical problem-solving for complex service issues. **Required Education & Certifications** - ITIL V3/V4 certification (preferred, not mandatory). - Degree in IT, computer science, or related field (university education required).
