**Job Title:** Head of Technology
**Role Summary:**
Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of Schema Studios’ technology strategy while actively engaging in hands‑on development. Build, mentor, and scale a high‑performing tech team, manage suppliers and vendors, and collaborate with creative, strategy, and client teams to deliver innovative, conversion‑driven digital solutions, prioritising AI integration and operational excellence.

**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Define and deliver a scalable technology vision aligned with business goals.
2. Lead hands‑on architecture, coding, and code reviews; guide dev teams.
3. Explore and implement AI capabilities to enhance products and services.
4. Identify and drive product development opportunities.
5. Build, mentor, and inspire a diverse tech team; source and evaluate vendors.
6. Partner with creative and strategy colleagues to shape innovative client solutions.
7. Optimise workflows, tech stacks, and ensure security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
**Required Skills:**
- Deep technical mastery in Microsoft stack, WordPress, headless CMS (Umbraco optional).
- Experience integrating CRMs (Salesforce, MS Dynamics) and data workflows.
- Proven vendor management and supplier partnership skills.
- Strong personalisation and customer experience innovation mindset.
- AI readiness: familiarity with LLMs, generative AI tools, and integration patterns.
- Hospitality platform knowledge (Mews, Opera, Sabre, Amadeus, Selfbook) is a plus.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) preferred.
