Job Description: Job title: Software Engineer Role Summary: Design, build, and deploy large‑language‑model (LLM) products from concept to production. Rapidly prototype features, take ownership of product lines, and collaborate closely with founders and cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions. Expections: - Own end‑to‑end product ownership from ideation through launch. - Rapidly prototype, iterate, and ship features in a fast‑paced environment. - Maintain high code quality, scalability, and security in all releases. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain backend services using Python; leverage Django when appropriate. - Implement frontend components with Next.js, React, and ShadCN; ensure smooth integration with backend APIs. - Design and operate cloud infrastructure on AWS or Google Cloud, including CI/CD pipelines. - Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate with Kubernetes to support scale and reliability. - Collaborate with founders, product managers, and designers to translate high‑level concepts into technical roadmaps and sprint plans. - Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision‑making. - Participate in code reviews, automated testing, and performance monitoring to sustain code health. Required Skills: - Python (backend), familiarity with Django. - Next.js, React, ShadCN (frontend). - Cloud platforms: AWS or Google Cloud. - Containerization: Docker; orchestration with Kubernetes (preferred). - Strong problem‑solving abilities, experience with LLM‑based product development. - Good written and verbal communication; ability to work independently and collaboratively. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field from a recognized institution. - 2–4 years of professional engineering experience, preferably with startup or product‑build exposure.
