**Job Title:** Core Software Engineer **Role Summary:** Design and scale high-performance distributed systems and infrastructure for AI chip development, including hybrid superclusters, continuous integration pipelines, and tools for hardware-software integration. Focus on optimizing compute efficiency, fault tolerance, and developer productivity. **Expectations:** Candidates must demonstrate strong systems programming skills, experience in complex technical problem-solving (e.g., low-latency pipelines, hardware-software interoperability), and a focus on building scalable, robust software for high-throughput engineering workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** - Build core systems to manage hybrid supercluster infrastructure (on-premise/cloud) and simulate/verify AI chip designs at scale. - Develop fault-tolerant, high-throughput continuous integration pipelines for hardware workflows (simulation, synthesis, CDC). - Design tools to automate EDA workflows, prioritizing performance, reproducibility, and ease of use. - Engineer parallelized workload schedulers to optimize resource allocation across heterogeneous compute environments. - Implement infrastructure for scalable, on-demand GPU-backed development environments with zero-downtime reliability. - Prototyping systems for dynamic workload migration and fault-injection testing under constrained hardware conditions. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in systems programming (Go, Rust, C++); scripting (e.g., Python, Bash). - Experience debugging low-level hardware-software interactions, kernel internals, or high-performance pipeline design. - Strong understanding of distributed systems, compute optimization, and infrastructure architecture. - Expertise in building CI/CD systems for large-scale, compute-intensive applications. - Strong problem-solving skills for complex technical challenges in hybrid infrastructure environments. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field. - No specific certifications required; relevant industry experience or projects may substitute.
