Job Description
**Job Title** Cross‑Functional Projects Coordinator – General Resources (F/M) **Role Summary** Coordinate and drive cross‑functional projects across IT, Real Estate, and General Resources groups within a mid‑size corporate environment. Facilitate collaboration, identify synergies, design decision‑making forums, and ensure alignment with business strategy. **Expectations** - Deliver projects that create tangible operational efficiencies between IT and Real Estate functions. - Communicate transformation objectives and benefits clearly to stakeholders at all levels. - Build trust and negotiate effectively with internal and external partners. - Maintain project governance and reporting standards. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead cross‑functional coordination and animate general resources activities. - Identify and orchestrate the implementation of inter‑departmental synergies. - Design, prepare and run decision‑making councils, transversal workshops, and knowledge‑sharing sessions. - Maintain regular communication with headquarters and brand units (procurement, performance, strategy, regulatory). - Monitor project progress, risk, and deliverables; report status to senior leadership. **Required Skills** - Proven project management experience with deliverable‑centric outcomes. - Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and real‑estate operations. - Excellent facilitation and presentation skills. - Strong negotiation, diplomacy, and relationship‑building abilities. - Ability to distill complex change initiatives into clear, actionable messages. - Proficiency in project planning tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA). **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field. - Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification preferred. - Additional certifications in real‑estate management or Six Sigma advantageous.
