Job Description

Job Title: Workplace & Endpoint Specialist Role Summary: Lead the lifecycle management of Windows, iOS, and Android workstations in a cloud‑centric, secure environment. Administer Microsoft Intune, MDM, and endpoint security tools, automate deployments, maintain documentation, and provide expert support. Expectations: - Deliver a compliant, secure workstation fleet with minimal downtime. - Implement and maintain automation scripts, reporting dashboards, and configuration standards. - Resolve complex incidents and mentor junior staff. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and evolve Windows desktop environments. - Manage Microsoft Intune (enrollment, compliance, configuration, security). - Package, deploy, and maintain applications. - Administer iOS & Android devices via MDM. - Deploy and monitor Microsoft Defender for Endpoint. - Utilize Microsoft Endpoint Manager and ManageEngine for centralized management. - Automate tasks and configure environments with PowerShell. - Document standards, procedures, and best practices. - Create reporting dashboards using Intune data and Power BI. - Provide expert incident resolution and support to IT & security teams. - Collaborate with stakeholders and elevate junior team members’ skills. Required Skills: - <4 years Windows environment experience. - Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365/Office 365. - Proven MDM experience (PCs and mobile). - Strong understanding of endpoint security solutions. - Solid PowerShell scripting proficiency. - Fluency in French and English. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (preferred). - Microsoft certifications MD-102, MS-700, MS-500 are a plus.
