Conducts property searches, presents suitable listings, provides market and legal advice, and manages the transaction process through to the final signing, while maintaining agency brand standards. Expactations: Achieve set sales targets and maintain high client satisfaction; uphold agency values of efficiency, transparency, and humility; generate profitable transactions that reflect performance‑based compensation. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect and identify properties meeting client criteria. - Advise clients on market conditions, pricing, and legal aspects. - Prepare and present property proposals and marketing materials. - Coordinate all transaction stages: offers, negotiations, contracts, and closing. - Manage digital tools: upload documents, schedule appointments, and update listings on partner websites. - Maintain professional relationships with legal and financial partners. Required Skills: - Proven experience in real‑estate or strong commercial background. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and client‑service skills. - Self‑directed work ethic with ability to manage own schedule. - Proficiency with web‑based CRM and transaction software. - Solid understanding of local property market and legal framework. - Bilingual (French and English) preferred for client interactions.
