Job Description: Job Title: Investment Analyst Role Summary: Highly qualified analyst with 8+ years of experience in M&A, private equity, or Big 4 financial advisory. Focus on evaluating, structuring, and executing investment transactions across multiple sectors, supporting portfolio monitoring, and preparing investment documentation. Frequent travel required. Expactations: - Deliver thorough investment analyses and financial models. - Lead due‑diligence and transaction processes from screening to closing. - Produce clear memoranda, reports, and recommendations for stakeholders. - Communicate effectively with internal teams and external parties. Key Responsibilities: - Screen and evaluate investment opportunities. - Build and maintain detailed financial models and investment memorandums. - Participate in commercial, financial, legal, and tax due‑diligence. - Draft term sheets, LOIs, SHA, and SPA agreements. - Structure and execute investments across diverse industries. - Monitor operational and financial performance of portfolio companies. - Prepare periodic performance reports and actionable recommendations. Required Skills: - Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise. - Strong analytical and quantitative abilities. - Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills. - Proven experience in M&A deal execution and documentation. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Fluent English; willingness to travel frequently. Required Education & Certifications: - Master’s degree (MBA or Finance) from a top‑tier university. - Professional designation such as CFA or CAIA preferred. - Minimum 8 years relevant experience in M&A, private equity, or Big 4 advisory.
