**Job Title:** Associate Merchandiser – Women’s **Role Summary:** Supports the Merchandiser Manager in overseeing the Women’s category to achieve financial goals. Generates, maintains, and aligns seasonal product plans, line plans, and visual line plans. Proof catalogs, price lists, and manage samples for marketing photo shoots and field testing. 7. Take meeting notes during development and production meetings; distribute minutes and track action items. 8. Order competitor and Carhartt samples, coordinate sample management and room setups for meetings. 9. Present seasonal product lineups to internal groups and support customer insights visits. 10. Provide day‑to‑day merchandising support, assist overflow projects, and serve as backup merchandiser as needed. **Required Skills:** - Minimum 1 year of apparel or related product management experience. - Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools. - Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent written & oral communication, capable of speaking with management and retail partners. - Exceptional organizational ability, prioritization, and attention to detail. - Quick learner, collaborative team player with ability to work cross‑functionally. - Knowledge of product development, planning, and brand strategy processes is preferred. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Apparel/Textile Design, Merchandising, Marketing, or equivalent. - Equivalent years of related experience may substitute for the degree.
