Job Description: **Job Title:** Renewable Energy Project Manager **Role Summary:** Manage renewable energy projects, focusing on wind, marine energy, and storage site identification, stakeholder collaboration, and project execution in Côtes-d’Armor. **Expectations:** Develop opportunity reports, assess technical/economic viability, negotiate agreements, and oversee project development phases. Ensure compliance with regulatory and technical requirements. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and evaluate wind, marine, and energy storage sites for installations. - Prepare feasibility studies, potential power estimates, and economic analyses. - Coordinate with local authorities, landowners, and institutional partners. - Negotiate contracts, manage site agreements, and oversee project execution. - Monitor technical studies (environmental pre-diagnoses, infrastructure connection). - Supervise construction delivery, commissioning, and operations/maintenance contracts. - Maintain technical/regulatory compliance for renewable energy projects. **Required Skills:** - Wind energy project experience in France (wind turbine site selection, Windfarmer software). - Proficiency in GIS/AutoCAD for site mapping. - Stakeholder management and partnership coordination. - Multitasking, organizational, and independent project management. - Knowledge of local governance and energy project regulatory frameworks. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s to Master’s degree in energy, environmental science, or engineering. - Minimum 2 years in renewable energy project management. - Windfarm software (e.g., Windfarmer) expertise required.
