Job Description
**Job Title** DoD SkillBridge Project Manager – Cyber **Role Summary** Customer‑facing project manager responsible for coordinating cyber‑mission engagements, managing deliverables and timelines, and presenting technology implementation plans to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Works directly with senior leadership and the Customer Experience team to support intelligence, malware analysis, threat research, and remote incident response for DoD and private‑sector clients. **Expectations** - Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required. - Must be a current active‑duty service member in the MD/DC area with ≤180 days remaining on service and ≥180 continuous days of active duty. - Obtain written approval from unit commander; participation may be terminated for mission needs. - Local to the DC/MD/VA region; daily commute to Columbia, MD office. - Willingness to travel within the National Capital Region as needed. - Self‑driven, detail‑oriented, and able to work collaboratively across multiple locations. **Key Responsibilities** - Coordinate and oversee cyber‑mission engagements with stakeholders and customers. - Manage project schedules, deliverables, and resource allocation to meet client timelines. - Conduct demos and develop implementation plans for security solutions. - Build rapport and communicate effectively with technical personnel and senior decision‑makers (phone and in‑person). - Support the Customer Experience team in intelligence analysis, threat research, and incident response activities. - Present technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences. - Assist with federal contracting processes as needed. **Required Skills** - Minimum 3 years cyber mission or training environment experience. - 3 + years team leadership, project or program management (preferred). - Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills. - Ability to translate complex technical issues for diverse audiences. - Proven analytical and problem‑solving abilities. - Experience working with military/DoD and cybersecurity industry. - Familiarity with federal government contracting processes (bonus). - Demonstrated ability to work hands‑on with cross‑functional teams. **Required Education & Certifications** - High school diploma or equivalent required; higher education preferred but not specified. - Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance (must be maintained). - No specific professional certifications mandated; relevant cyber or project management certifications are a plus.
