Job Title: Vice President of Artificial Intelligence
Role Summary: Lead the AI practice for enterprise clients, defining strategy, architecture, and delivery of AI-enabled solutions across multiple industries. Drive business growth through pre‑sales, solution design, and thought leadership.
Expectations: • 15+ years in technology consulting, 5+ in pre‑sales/solution consulting. • Proven executive‑level engagement, business‑value communication, and proposal delivery. • Deep expertise in AI/ML, MLOps, cloud, data engineering, and secure, scalable architecture. • Leadership of a cross‑functional practice, establishing frameworks, metrics, and client‑focused improvement loops.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and scale AI practice methodology, governance, and best‑practice frameworks. • Own AI strategy, roadmap, and KPI framework aligned with business goals. • Advise C‑level stakeholders on AI adoption, cloud transformation, and enterprise architecture. • Lead POCs/POVs, ensuring ethical, governance, and regulatory compliance. • Manage pre‑sales engagements, RFP/RFI responses, and compelling client presentations. • Collaborate with Sales, Data, Infrastructure, and Business teams to align solutions with client objectives. • Lead Architecture practice, setting enterprise‑wide technology strategy and practice development.
Required Skills: • AI/ML technologies (ML, Agentic AI, RAG, MLOps, data lake, model ops). • Cloud architecture (public, hybrid, multi‑cloud) and secure, scalable design. • Pre‑sales strategy, solution scoping, proposal development, and executive presentation. • Leadership, mentorship, storytelling, negotiation, and stakeholder management. • Data engineering, infrastructure, and governance knowledge.
Required Education & Certifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Cloud Professional, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent AI/ML certifications) preferred.
