**Job Title**
DevOps Developer (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure automation for a multi‑site construction group. Acts as the liaison between development and operations, ensuring the reliability, performance, and security of application lifecycle processes.
**Expectations**
- Minimum of 5 years in a DevOps role within an enterprise or consulting environment.
- Strong technical focus with a passion for system security.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Design, build, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Automate development, testing, and deployment workflows, incorporating unit, integration, and end‑to‑end tests.
- Manage application releases and oversee requests from project managers for integration, testing, and production rollout.
- Ensure environment consistency, optimize performance, and implement containerization (Docker, Podman) and orchestration solutions.
- Contribute to backend development using C# (ASP.NET Core, ABP Framework) and design data models.
- Develop automated tests for new services.
- Resolve incidents and drive continuous improvement of DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with system administrators on Linux/Windows administration.
**Required Skills**
- Advanced knowledge of complex web architectures (microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems).
- Expertise in CI/CD tooling (GitLab CI, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, Ansible, Helm).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK).
- Strong scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell, or equivalent).
- Secure coding practices and system security awareness.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s to Master’s degree (Bac+3‑Bac+5) in Computer Science, Systems & Networks, or equivalent software development field.
- Industry certifications in DevOps, cloud, or security (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Azure DevOps Engineer Expert, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are advantageous.
