**Job Title:** VP of Operations **Role Summary** Lead all day‑to‑day operational execution for a fast‑growing luxury men’s apparel brand. Responsible for Logistics & Fulfillment, Virtual Support, Showrooms, and Service Levels. Partner directly with the CEO to translate strategic priorities into disciplined, measurable execution, coaching senior leaders, and ensuring a consistently high‑quality, concierge‑level customer experience. **Expectations** - Consistently meet or exceed core service metrics across all operational functions. - Continuously improve systems, processes, and reporting to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Build and develop a high‑performance operational leadership team and maintain optimal staffing levels. - Translate strategic direction into actionable plans and measurable progress. **Key Responsibilities** - Oversee logistics, fulfillment, in‑house tailoring, virtual support, virtual sales, and showroom operations. - Identify operational gaps and implement durable solutions rather than temporary fixes. - Develop and maintain operational dashboards and KPIs; provide clear, proactive reporting to the CEO. - Coach and manage senior leaders across all operational functions; set expectations and ensure accountability. - Lead staffing and capacity planning; collaborate on hiring, org structure, and role design. - Balance speed, service quality, and cost to achieve optimal operational performance. - Partner with the CEO to shape operational strategy; prioritize initiatives and drive lasting improvements. **Required Skills** - 10+ years of progressive operations, service, retail, or multi‑site leadership experience. - Proven ability to manage and develop senior leaders across multiple functions. - Strong analytical and data‑driven decision making. - Systems thinking; ability to scale processes thoughtfully. - Excellent people leadership: supportive, direct, inspiring, with strong judgment and follow‑through. - Experience in e‑commerce, retail, consumer services, or hospitality‑driven businesses is a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred). - Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
