Job Description
**Job title** Senior Global Brand Marketing Manager / Chef de Groupe **Role Summary** Lead the global brand strategy and marketing execution for the Chandon portfolio, ensuring consistent brand DNA, driving awareness, desirability and sales across all markets. Own the brand equity, A&P budget, creative and activation programs, and collaborate closely with regional teams, agencies and internal stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable results. **Expectations** - Deliver a clear, data‑driven global brand vision and multi‑year marketing roadmap aligned with business objectives. - Own the A&P budget, provide guidelines to markets, and ensure spend is on‑target and impactful. - Manage end‑to‑end creative, innovation, and activation initiatives, maintaining brand consistency while enabling local market relevance. - Demonstrate measurable impact on brand equity, consumer engagement and sales growth. **Key Responsibilities** - Define and steward the brand DNA, positioning and creative platform; oversee consistency across global and local execution. - Conduct strategic business reviews and market analyses to identify growth opportunities and target consumer segments. - Develop and communicate 3‑year marketing plans and budget frameworks; monitor performance and adjust tactics accordingly. - Lead agency selection, brief creation, production oversight and quality control for global marketing assets. - Drive innovation strategy and packaging design in partnership with operations and commercial teams. - Own content strategy, editorial calendar and storytelling across social, e‑commerce and other digital channels. - Define and implement global merchandising, POS and promotion guidelines; collaborate with local teams on on‑premise experiences. - Provide guidance and approval on regional initiatives; ensure alignment with global brand strategy. - Build cross‑functional relationships with marketing, communications, sales, and product teams to synchronize campaigns. **Required Skills** - Strategic thinking with a consumer‑centric mindset. - Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership. - Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills. - Analytical ability to interpret market data and translate insights into action. - Proven track record in building premium brands, ideally in wine & spirits, luxury goods, or cosmetics. - Experience managing A&P budgets and influencing senior leadership. - Fluency in English; French language skills are a plus. **Required Education & Certifications** - Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field (Business School preferred). - Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience with demonstrated success in brand building. - People‑management experience is a plus.
