Job Description
Job title: Recruitment Business Partner Role Summary: Lead end‑to‑end recruitment for specified business areas, collaborating closely with hiring managers to deliver a high‑quality candidate experience, proactively source talent (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter), and continuously improve recruitment processes and strategy. Expectations: * Manage full-cycle recruitment for high‑volume, professional service roles, predominantly within the legal sector. * Deliver exceptional candidate engagement and support hiring managers in attracting and selecting top talent. * Work independently, challenge existing practices, and drive process enhancements. * Maintain accurate data, reporting, and compliance with recruitment best practices. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the recruitment and selection process for allocated business units. 2. Prepare, update, and maintain job descriptions in line with internal guidelines. 3. Design advert content, review CVs, create interview questions, and provide a positive candidate experience. 4. Post vacancies and manage applications within the applicant tracking system (ATS). 5. Manage online recruitment portals, job boards, and the Careers web site. 6. Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and external talent networks. 7. Produce regular recruitment statistics reports from internal and external data sources. 8. Coordinate interview logistics and ensure smooth execution for candidates and hiring managers. 9. Communicate application progress and outcomes, make offers, and ensure follow‑up. 10. Represent the firm at recruitment fairs, career events, and other employer‑branding activities. 11. Support and collaborate with other recruitment team members as required. Required Skills: * Extensive experience in professional services recruitment, ideally within the legal field. * Proactive sourcing expertise using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter; strong networking and relationship‑building skills. * Demonstrated ability to manage high‑volume recruitment while ensuring a positive candidate experience. * Excellent administrative and organizational abilities; proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Strong written and verbal communication skills for candidate and stakeholder interactions. * Competence in data entry, analysis, and reporting; ability to present findings accurately. * Independent, proactive mindset with a “can‑do” attitude and willingness to challenge current practices. Required Education & Certifications: * Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience). * Professional recruitment or HR certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP) preferred but not mandatory.
