Job Description
Job title: Receptionist / Office Manager Role Summary: Manage the front office and administrative functions, ensuring efficient operations, seamless visitor experiences, and smooth support for staff and management. Expectations: Demonstrated proactive organization, multitasking under tight deadlines, and strong interpersonal communication. Key Responsibilities - Greet and direct visitors, maintaining a courteous first‑contact image. - Operate front desk phone system, mail distribution, and office supplies inventory. - Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and office logistics for all departments. - Facilitate new‑employee onboarding through orientation and administrative support. - Develop, maintain, and update filing systems and internal process documentation. - Coordinate travel arrangements and related logistics for staff and executives. - Monitor office budget, track expenses, and manage vendor contracts and relationships. Required Skills - Proven experience as a receptionist and/or office manager in a dynamic environment. - Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention‑to‑detail abilities. - Strong written and verbal communication, with interpersonal skill to interact at all levels. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office‑management software. - Problem‑solving aptitude and capability to work independently. - Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships is an advantage.
