Job Title Digital Acquisition Specialist – Apprenticeship (M/F) Role Summary Provide end‑to‑end support for the paid acquisition and SEO strategies of a leading health‑sector mutual insurance provider. Work with the digital marketing team to create, execute, optimize, and evaluate SEA/SMA and organic search campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and measurable performance. Expectations - Deliver measurable campaign results for paid search and social advertising. - Contribute to continuous SEO improvement using data‑driven approaches. - Demonstrate analytical rigor, curiosity for digital trends, and a teamwork‑oriented mindset. - Learn quickly, propose creative solutions, and produce concise, data‑based insights. Key Responsibilities • Paid Acquisition   - Draft briefs and coordinate asset creation for SEA and SMA campaigns.   - Monitor, adjust, and optimize paid media performance.   - Compile and present campaign performance reports.   - Conduct competitive analysis of digital paid campaigns. • SEO & SEMANTIC   - Review, validate, and refine SEO content from agency partners.   - Generate keyword‑rich content using AI tools.   - Implement and test on‑page SEO recommendations (title tags, meta descriptions, etc.).   - Develop monthly KPIs to track SEO impact.   - Integrate content into pre‑production environments.   - Maintain and optimize FAQ and news sections.   - Perform ongoing competitor SEO benchmarking and present monthly summaries. • Technical & Web Analysis   - Optimize image ALT tags site‑wide.   - Support EEAT implementation and related technical enhancements.   - Analyze performance data using Google Analytics and GA4.   - Assist in web‑tracking and site refactor projects as needed. Required Skills - Proficiency in Google Ads (SEA) and Meta Ads (SMA). - Understanding of SEO best practices and semantic optimization. - Experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4). - Competence in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Strong analytical mindset, detail orientation, and data‑driven decision‑making. - Creative problem‑solving, effective communication, and teamwork. - Ability to work independently and learn new technologies quickly. - Familiarity with AI‑driven content tools and digital trends is advantageous. Required Education & Certifications - Master’s degree (first cycle) in Digital Marketing, Data Marketing, Digital Communication, or related field, **or** Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or a related discipline. - Coursework or specialization in digital marketing, analytics, or communication. - Minimum 6 months of internship or apprenticeship experience in digital acquisition, paid media, SEO, or web analytics. - Agency experience in paid acquisition, SEO, or analytics is a plus.
