Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive Role Summary: Drive acquisition and expansion of enterprise customers across Europe for a construction‑technology SaaS platform, building strategic relationships with key decision‑makers and collaborating with cross‑functional GTM teams to deliver value and revenue growth. Expectations: - Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. - Expand market presence by securing new enterprise accounts and upselling existing ones. - Maintain high client satisfaction and long‑term partnership health. Key Responsibilities: - Prospect, qualify, and close enterprise deals across Europe. - Own the full sales cycle: needs assessment, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, and contract finalization. - Build and nurture relationships with C‑suite and executive stakeholders. - Partner with marketing, product, and customer success to align offerings and support post‑sale adoption. - Forecast, track, and report sales pipeline and performance metrics. - Provide market intelligence and feedback to inform product roadmap and go‑to‑market strategy.
