Job Description: **Job Title** Mid-Senior Developer **Role Summary** Full‑stack engineer responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable TypeScript applications for mobile (React Native + Expo) and web (React, Next.js). Lead end‑to‑end development cycles, collaborate with founders, and ensure high‑performance, production‑ready code across GCP/Firebase, Pub/Sub, and PostgreSQL back‑ends. **Expectations** - Lead software development from planning through deployment. - Write clean, fast, and maintainable code for high‑traffic production environments. - Use AI‑enabled development tools (Cursor, Windsurf, v0) to accelerate delivery. - Work independently and remotely within GMT hours. **Key Responsibilities** - Design and implement new features for mobile and web applications. - Build and maintain TypeScript codebases, integrating React Native, React, and Next.js. - Develop and manage GCP Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub queues, and Firebase services. - Write complex SQL queries and manage data with Prisma ORM. - Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers. - Troubleshoot, optimize, and monitor production performance and reliability. - Collaborate with product and design teams to prioritize backlog items. **Required Skills** - 4+ years of professional software development. - Proficiency in TypeScript, React Native, React, Next.js, and Expo. - Experience with GCP services (Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub), Firebase, and PostgreSQL. - Strong SQL skills; comfortable writing complex queries. - Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and production deployments. - Skilled in AI‑enabled coding tools (Cursor, Windsurf, v0). - Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management, and communication skills. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field **or** equivalent professional experience. - Knowledge of GCP architecture and certifications is a plus but not mandatory.
