Job Title: Marketing Assistant Role Summary: Supports the marketing team in planning, executing, and analyzing campaigns across digital, social, and retail channels to enhance brand presence and engagement. **Job Title**: CRM Executive – International **Role Summary** Drive end‑to‑end execution of email and SMS lifecycle marketing across Europe and the US. Manage campaign creation, localization, automation, and optimisation within Klaviyo, ensuring regulatory compliance (GDPR, CAN‑SPAM) and alignment with brand standards. Deliver data‑driven insights to improve engagement, conversion, and loyalty worldwide. **Expectations** - Deliver high‑quality, localized campaigns on schedule. - Maintain campaign deliverability and database hygiene in all regions. - Analyse performance, identify region‑specific opportunities, and recommend actionable improvements. - Collaborate cross‑functionally with Brand, Design, and local market teams to ensure relevance and consistency. **Key Responsibilities** - Build, localise, and execute email & SMS campaigns for Germany, Spain, other EU territories, and the US using Klaviyo. - Coordinate with translation partners to produce accurate copy and visuals; test across devices, browsers and languages. - Design, localise and optimise automated flows (welcome, post‑purchase, abandoned cart, etc.) using behavioural and transactional data. - Conduct A/B testing (subject lines, layouts, content) and share learnings to elevate future campaigns. - Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN‑SPAM and regional data protection laws; manage opt‑in/opt‑out processes. - Support segmentation strategies; personalise content to drive engagement and conversion. - Monitor list health, maintain database growth, and uphold engagement quality. - Track and report key metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, revenue attribution, unsubscribe trends) per region; produce weekly/monthly performance reports. - Present findings and optimisation recommendations to internal stakeholders. - Undertake ad‑hoc projects supporting broader CRM and digital initiatives. **Required Skills** - Proven experience in DTC/e‑commerce CRM, email, or lifecycle marketing. - Proficiency in Klaviyo (or equivalent) and knowledge of CRM automation best practices. - Basic HTML knowledge for email formatting (preferred). - Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Asana, Trello). - Strong analytical aptitude; ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Excellent attention to detail, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management across multiple markets. - Self‑motivated, solution‑focused, and capable of working independently. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. - Certifications in email marketing, CRM, or digital marketing are a plus.
