Job Description: **Job Title** Collective Insurance MOA Project Officer – DSN **Role Summary** Lead MOA studies and manage the evolution of the DSN standard and its interconnections with insurers, payroll providers, accountants, and social protection bodies. Deliver impact assessments, specifications, and support implementation while ensuring data quality and stakeholder alignment. **Expectations** - Produce impact and opportunity studies. - Draft specifications for new DSN versions, CRM, and parameter sheets. - Coordinate with insurance and payroll teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. - Drive project delivery within insurance and delegated partner environments. - Continuously improve data quality and provide ongoing support to stakeholders. **Key Responsibilities** - Conduct impact and opportunity analyses for DSN evolution. - Interface with insurance and delegated teams to gather new requirements. - Write requirement documents and specifications for DSN, CRM, and parameterization. - Prepare meeting materials, minutes, and training content for diverse audiences. - Support and monitor development implementation by actors; address queries. - Implement continuous improvement processes for data quality. - Coordinate studies and projects across cross-functional teams. - Contribute to DSN communication efforts with social sphere actors (e.g., CNOEC, DGFIP, Urssaf). **Required Skills** - Expertise in collective insurance IT systems (Health, Welfare, Additional Retirement). - Proven MOA/project management experience in multi-stakeholder environments. - Strong analytical, planning, and follow‑up capabilities. - Excellent written communication, presentation, and diplomatic skills. - Autonomous, service‑oriented mindset with teamwork orientation. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. - Professional experience in collective insurance domain and MOA (minimum 3–5 years). - Knowledge of payroll systems, accounting, and social protection regulations.
