**Job Title**
Senior Technical Salesforce Consultant
**Role Summary**
Lead the design, configuration, maintenance and administration of Salesforce Cloud platforms.
Lead cross-functional Agile teams, oversee project milestones, mentor junior staff, and ensure optimal system performance and governance.
**Expectations**
- 5+ years of professional experience in Salesforce administration, consulting or development.
- Provide technical leadership on projects, ensuring usability, feasibility, and cost‑effectiveness.
- On‑call availability as required.
- Obtain a Cloud Service Provider certification (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals) within 1 year of hire.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Analyze business requirements, design, configure, debug and maintain Salesforce solutions.
- Participate daily in Scrum ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Lead product/project initiatives, define scope, set timelines, manage risks, and deliver results.
- Work with stakeholders to gather functional specifications and translate them into technical solutions.
- Enforce best practices, design standards and governance across the Salesforce org.
- Perform system administrative tasks: data load, migration, cleanup, integration monitoring, and record‑level security.
- Research emerging technologies, evaluate platform enhancements, and influence architectural decisions.
- Mentor, coach, and train teammates and clients on Salesforce capabilities.
**Required Skills**
- Extensive Salesforce configuration and administration (objects, fields, page layouts, Process Builder, Flow, Lightning).
- Hands‑on experience with Apex, JSON and Salesforce automation tools.
- Proficiency with DataLoader, Jira, and integration monitoring.
- Strong communication, creative problem‑solving, self‑motivation, and time‑management.
- Comfortable leading Agile teams and driving projects to completion.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent plus legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Cloud Service Provider certification (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.) required within 1 year of employment.
*Preferred:* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; prior experience with DevOps, IT Service Management, and user support in large organizations.
