Job Description: Job title: AI/ML Engineer Role Summary: Design, develop, and deploy NLP and LLM solutions for legal data extraction and related use cases, transitioning prototypes into production systems and enabling seamless integration with existing C#‑based products. Expactations: Deliver end‑to‑end ML solutions, manage model lifecycle, collaborate across legal, infrastructure, and development teams, and adapt rapidly to evolving project scopes. Key Responsibilities: • Build and refine ML/NLP models for entity extraction from legal emails and other documents. • Prototype new solutions and optimize existing production systems for scalability and reliability. • Translate Python‑based models into formats compatible with C#/Java ecosystems, preparing integration specifications. • Monitor deployed models, implement performance tracking, and adjust pipelines as needed. • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (legal, DevOps, MLOps, SRE) to align technical solutions with business requirements. • Maintain and evolve documentation, code standards, and best‑practice guidelines. Required Skills: • 3+ years AI/ML engineering experience. • Proficient in Python, scikit‑learn, spaCy, and other ML libraries. • Deep knowledge of NLP, LLMs, RAG, LangChain, or LlamaIndex. • Experience delivering production‑ready ML solutions with monitoring and scalability. • Ability to model‑integrate Python outputs into C#/Java systems. • Strong understanding of core ML algorithms (classification, regression, clustering, neural networks). • Familiarity with PostgreSQL, OpenSearch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
