Job Description
**Job Title:** Operations Engineer Intern (Wind & Solar) **Role Summary:** Assist the operations engineering team in managing and monitoring the technical exploitation of renewable energy assets (wind farms and solar plants) under contract. Support reporting cycles, coordinate site interventions, and ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and contractual requirements. **Expectations:** - Deliver accurate technical reports and data to clients. - Coordinate efficiently with contractors, regional operation managers, and stakeholders. - Proactively identify and address performance issues or equipment failures. - Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** - Supervise assigned multi‑manufacturer wind farms (e.g., Nordex, Enercon, Siemens, Vestas, Gamesa) and photovoltaic plants. - Plan and oversee on‑site interventions; manage subcontractor activities. - Monitor contractual relationships with grid operators, maintenance providers, etc. - Ensure adherence to HSE regulations and internal procedures. - Contribute to the preparation and validation of monthly technical reports. - Diagnose technical anomalies, propose corrective actions, and drive implementation. - Organize and participate in meetings with clients and service providers. - Conduct regular technology watch and update operational methods and procedures. - Verify that all work aligns with client contract specifications. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency with standard office and engineering software tools. - Strong written communication in French and English. - Excellent organizational abilities and responsiveness. - Effective interpersonal and communication skills for multi‑disciplinary coordination. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Master’s level (Bac+5) engineering degree; specialization in renewable energy preferred. - No specific certifications required; eligibility for a final‑year internship.
