**Job Title**
IT Business Engineer – Eco‑Responsible Solutions (M/F)
**Role Summary**
Spearhead sales of itancia Again & Factory eco‑responsible solutions to reseller and integration partners across Auvergne‑Rhône–Alps, Provence‑Alpes‑Côte d’Azur, and Occitanie. Conduct client consultancies, prospect new accounts, manage end‑to‑end sales cycles, and collaborate cross‑functionally to tailor solutions. Operate autonomously, contributing to medium‑ to long‑term commercial strategy while maintaining a high‑quality client portfolio.
**Expectations**
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for the Again & Factory product lines.
- Expand the reseller and integrator network, deepening relationships and upselling complementary services.
- Deliver sustainable, eco‑friendly solutions that meet client needs and reinforce the corporate sustainability vision.
- Maintain a professional, proactive presence in the field, attending industry events and client site visits.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Identify, prospect, and secure new reseller/integrator accounts; manage the full sales cycle: discovery, proposal, negotiation, closing, and contract administration.
- Draft price proposals, respond to RFPs, and maintain accurate sales data in the CRM system.
- Conduct client interviews to analyze requirements, recommend tailored solutions, and present product portfolios during on‑site visits.
- Cultivate and expand existing client relationships: upsell, cross‑sell, and retain loyalty through personalized follow‑up.
- Partner with Procurement, Marketing, and R&D to co‑create custom solutions that meet client specifications.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and sustainability events, showcasing product benefits.
- Provide market, competitive, and pricing intelligence to inform strategy.
- Manage and report on sales metrics, achieving forecasted revenue and profitability.
- Mobilize internal resources and coordinate production/warehouse visits for client demonstrations.
**Required Skills**
- Minimum 5 years of technical or value‑added solutions sales experience, preferably indirect channel.
- Strong client‑facing and negotiation skills; ability to communicate with operational staff and senior purchasing/management executives.
- Self‑driven, autonomous, perseverant, with strategic and analytical mindset.
- Proficient in CRM usage (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent written and verbal French; good English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Willingness to travel within specified regions for client engagements and events.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s (Bac +4) or Master’s (Bac +5) degree in Commercial, Business, or Technical Sales.
- Proven track record in sales of high‑value technical or sustainable solutions.
- No mandatory certifications; industry knowledge and channel experience valued.
