Job Description
Job Title: Marketing Manager – Kids & Family Role Summary: Lead and execute global marketing strategies for children‑centric streaming services, ensuring brand alignment, audience engagement, and safe, compliant content delivery. Expectations: 4–6 years of hands‑on marketing experience in consumer media or entertainment; proven ability to design, launch, and measure campaigns; strong strategic thinking combined with execution rigor; effective communicator and collaborative leader. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, launch, and optimize Kids & Family marketing campaigns (content, seasonal, brand moments). - Lead, mentor, and coordinate campaign teams and cross‑functional contributors. - Build and manage relationships with promotional partners, influencers, and creators to expand reach. - Oversee family‑focused events, contests, and community activations. - Collaborate with design, content, and product teams on creative assets and storytelling that reflect brand voice. - Own analytics and reporting; provide actionable insights to improve performance and ROI. - Partner with Sales, Product, Legal, and Customer Service to align priorities and ensure smooth go‑to‑market execution.
