Proactively educate, enable, and empower users, monitor account health, and report renewal likelihood and growth opportunities. Serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring high satisfaction, retention, and ROI, while acting as the voice of the customer for product feedback. Expactations: - Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer support and guidance on ScriptRunner products and the Atlassian ecosystem. - Maintain accurate customer health metrics and renewal forecasts. - Identify and recommend upsell, cross‑sell, and expansion opportunities. - Communicate customer insights to internal teams to influence roadmap and product improvements. Required Skills: - Strong organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills. - Empathy, active listening, relational intelligence, and customer‑centric mindset. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Ability to engage end users and build rapport. - Willingness to develop technical and coding knowledge; proficiency in scripting languages is a plus. - Consultative sales skills, including upselling and cross‑selling. Job Description
Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – Platform Role Summary: Design, build, and operate the scalable, highly‑available cloud platform that powers ScriptRunner Cloud. Lead technical decisions, mentor teammates, and ensure continuous delivery and operational excellence. Expectations: Deliver robust, secure, and performant services; maintain high uptime; collaborate with cross‑functional teams; drive platform best practices and process improvements. Key Responsibilities: - Design and evolve the platform architecture, including build pipelines, hosting, and repository organization. - Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments. - Develop serverless microservices, define stacks with Terraform or AWS SAM/CDK, and enforce RESTful API standards. - Monitor, debug, and optimize services; configure alerts, analyze logs/metrics, and ensure operational reliability. - Lead migration of high‑traffic systems to new designs with zero downtime. - Participate in on‑call rotation, incident response, post‑mortem analysis, and platform improvements. - Conduct code reviews, pair programming, and Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, retros, planning). Required Skills: - Proven experience building and operating large‑scale systems on AWS. - Strong knowledge of high‑availability, fault‑tolerant, distributed system design. - Fluency in Java and Spring Boot. - Expertise in CI/CD tooling and best practices. - Familiarity with serverless and microservices architectures, REST APIs. - Experience with Terraform, AWS SAM, or CDK. - Excellent organizational, prioritization, and communication skills.
