Job Title: ERP/Epicor Technical Consultant Role Summary: Provide hands‑on technical consulting for Epicor ERP systems, focusing on manufacturing and supply chain processes. Configure, troubleshoot, and optimize Epicor modules to support business operations, while managing external vendor relationships and aligning technology solutions with strategic goals. Required Skills: - Extensive experience with Epicor ERP (manufacturing or supply chain focus). - Strong business process mapping and optimization capabilities. - Proficiency in Epicor system configuration, data migration, and issue resolution. - SQL or equivalent development tool experience (preferred). - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple priorities. - Experience managing vendor or external IT relationships. Required Education & Certifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. - Epicor ERP technical certifications (e.g., Epicor ERP System Administrator, Epicor ERP Developer) preferred.

Job title: IT Business Analyst – ERP & Systems Integration Role Summary: Facilitate a large‑scale ERP implementation by acting as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team. Lead workshops, capture and prioritise requirements using MoSCoW, analyze business processes, and guide solution design to ensure seamless system integrations across European markets. Expectations: Responsible for delivering clear, prioritized requirements that align with business objectives within the agreed schedule and budget. Maintain continuous stakeholder engagement, provide timely updates, and drive cross‑functional collaboration without causing operational disruption. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct stakeholder workshops to elicit, document, and prioritise functional and non‑functional requirements. - Apply the MoSCoW prioritisation technique to maintain focus on critical features. - Create detailed current‑state and future‑state process maps and translate them into system requirements. - Collaborate with architects, developers, and testers to validate solution design and ensure technical feasibility. - Produce clear and concise business requirements documentation, use cases, and user stories. - Coordinate acceptance testing and user training preparations. - Monitor progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigations to keep the programme on track. - Act as a pragmatic, delivery‑focused advocate for business value throughout the project lifecycle.
