**Role Summary**
Fast‑track entry into production AI systems that power global supply‑chain logistics. Deploy code to production immediately, design and run deep‑learning foundations on freight data, and build full‑stack solutions, AI agents, and infrastructure that enable real‑world automation for Fortune 100 customers.
**Expactations**
- Graduate in 2026 with a BS or higher in a STEM field.
- Begin full‑time employment; work on‑site four days a week (SF or NYC).
- Deliver production‑grade code within the first week and become self‑sufficient by month 3.
- Rotate through high‑impact teams (Infrastructure, Platform, Agents, Modeling, Special Projects).
- Demonstrate mid‑level engineer performance by program completion.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain critical logistics and financial data infrastructure.
- Own end‑to‑end project requirements, engage with customers, and advocate for optimal technical solutions.
- Build, train, and operate foundation models and LLM‑driven agents on proprietary freight invoice data.
- Extend the internal stack from full‑stack web applications to AI tooling and backend services.
- Continuously optimize development pipelines, refactor legacy code, and automate repetitive workflows via AI.
- Participate in cross‑functional rotations to broaden technical scope and impact.
**Required Skills**
- Proficient in modern web and cloud technologies (JavaScript/TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, REST/GraphQL, SQL/NoSQL, Docker, CI/CD, AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong foundation in machine learning: data pipelines, model training, inference, and MLOps (PyTorch/TensorFlow, HuggingFace, model serving).
- Deep understanding of LLM behavior, including strengths, failure modes, and prompt engineering.
- Experienced with AI tooling (Cursor, Codex, Claude, other code‑generation platforms).
- Excellent debugging, architecture design, and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor of Science or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or related STEM discipline.
