**Enterprise Sales Director** **Role Summary** Drive enterprise revenue growth by acquiring Fortune 1000 clients, leading full-cycle sales from prospecting to close. Develop strategic sales plans, build high-value pipelines, and position legal technology solutions as strategic value creators. Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales efforts with company objectives and ensure customer success. **Expectations** Exceed revenue targets, maintain robust pipeline coverage, and navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deals. Demonstrate market expertise in legal industry trends and competitive dynamics. Deliver accurate forecasts and real-time sales insights. **Key Responsibilities** - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to exceed revenue targets for enterprise account sets. - Proactively generate, qualify, and manage high-value sales pipelines. - Conduct consultative selling to identify customer challenges and tailor solutions to business objectives. - Build executive relationships with C-level stakeholders (General Counsels, Legal Ops leaders) as a trusted advisor. - Lead complex deal negotiations and procurement processes while accelerating closures. - Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to align sales strategies and enhance customer satisfaction. - Forecast revenue and provide actionable sales insights to leadership. - Continuously analyze market trends to refine sales messaging and competitive positioning. **Required Skills** - 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in legal technology, SaaS, or related industries. - Proven track record of meeting/quota-beating revenue targets in Fortune 1000 accounts. - Expertise in complex, multi-stakeholder deal management and consultative selling. - Strong self-generated pipeline capabilities via outbound outreach and market insights. - Executive-level communication skills; ability to engage C-suite leaders and decision-makers. - Experience in high-growth SaaS or startup environments preferred. - High resilience and adaptability in fast-paced, quota-driven settings. **Required Education & Certifications** N/A
