Job Title: Assistant Manager, Influencer Marketing
Role Summary:
Supports the planning, execution, and measurement of influencer partnerships across multiple brands, ensuring campaigns meet seasonal objectives, maintain brand integrity, and drive measurable engagement.
Expectations:
- Manage day‑to‑day influencer relations and logistics with professionalism and precision.
- Deliver on schedule and within budget while upholding quality standards.
- Provide actionable insights through data analysis to refine influencer strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand seasonal campaigns.
- Outreach, vet, and coordinate partnerships across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Communicate daily with influencers, agencies, and internal teams to secure collaboration.
- Track deliverables, deadlines, and content approvals; ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
- Coordinate travel, shoots, and on‑site experiences for influencer visits.
- Monitor content quality, brand alignment, and messaging accuracy.
- Draft influencer briefs, contracts, and performance reports.
- Compile and analyze campaign metrics (reach, engagement, ROI) and present insights.
- Stay current on emerging trends, platforms, and content formats.
- Maintain influencer databases, content libraries, and budget tracking documents.
- Collaborate with Brand, Digital Marketing, and Social teams to amplify influencer content across brand channels.
- Contribute creative ideas for storytelling and audience engagement.
Required Skills:
- 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, or digital marketing (agency or brand side).
- Proficient with influencer marketing platforms and social analytics tools.
- Strong organizational and project‑management abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with awareness of culture, trends, and emerging talent.
- Collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities without compromising quality.
- Proficiency in planning, managing, and executing projects within scope and deadlines.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
- Proficient skier or snowboarder (preferred).
Required Education & Certifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
