**Job Title:** Events & Partnerships Supervisor **Role Summary:** Hybrid role supporting both partnership fulfillment and event operations. Reports to the Director of Events and works closely with partnerships and event operations teams to deliver contractual obligations, manage event logistics, and drive marketing initiatives. **Expectations:** - Execute partnership deliverables and activations across the Aspen One portfolio. - Manage end‑to‑end event administration, registration, and on‑site execution. - Maintain accurate financial tracking (invoicing, AR/AP) and produce partnership performance reports. - Coordinate marketing collateral and content for partners and events. - Uphold confidentiality, detail orientation, and independent decision‑making in a fast‑paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Fulfill partnership obligations: activations, commercial shoots, contract compliance. - Maintain partnership documentation: tracking sheets, invoicing, annual recap reports, social media metrics. - Oversee event admin: contracts, liability waivers, invoicing, AR/AP, budgeting. - Create and manage online registration, fee collection, on‑site check‑in, and guest‑list logistics. - Develop and execute marketing plans for events/partners (content, shot lists, advertising). - Maintain all event calendars (ASC/TOSV/AVSC, etc.) and coordinate lodging requests. - Generate reports and analyses related to events and partnership performance. **Required Skills:** - Strong attention to detail and data‑management ability. - Excellent written and verbal communication with internal departments and external vendors. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable with online registration platforms. - Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a high‑tempo setting. - Independent work style with minimal supervision. - Basic photography knowledge (preferred). **Required Education & Certifications:** - High school diploma (minimum). - Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Minimum 2 years experience in event sales, service, or related administrative roles.
