Job Description

**Job Title:** Business Intelligence Analyst **Role Summary** Support the Finance department by transforming operational data from electronic medical records into financial systems via data pipelines and reporting to drive organizational improvements. **Expectations** Accurate translation of healthcare operational data into actionable financial insights, compliance with reporting standards, and collaboration across departments to optimize workflows. **Key Responsibilities** - Translate healthcare operational data (e.g., electronic medical records) into financial systems via data pipelines and reporting tools. - Analyze complex datasets to generate actionable insights for financial, inventory, and operational workflows. - Develop and maintain reporting systems using NetSuite, Power BI, and SQL. - Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with healthcare and financial reporting standards. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine data processes and support decision-making. **Required Skills** - Proficient in NetSuite, Power BI, SQL (query writing, data analysis). - Strong understanding of healthcare and/or financial workflows and reporting standards. - Advanced analytical capabilities with experience in data interpretation and visualization. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insights. - Detail-oriented with a commitment to compliance and continuous improvement. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data/Analytics disciplines, Mathematics, Finance, or related fields (or equivalent education/experience). - Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar BI/data analyst role, preferably in healthcare or finance. - Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Office 365 applications.
