**Job Title:** Business Development Manager **Role Summary:** Strategic leader responsible for driving sales and creating real‑estate outsourcing solutions (Facilities Management, Project Management, Transaction Management, Advisory Services, Lease Administration) for corporate clients. Manages pipeline development, RFP responses, proposal creation, and client presentations while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to achieve regional and corporate growth targets. **Expectations:** - Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline to meet annual revenue goals. - Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, including qualification, discovery, pricing, negotiation, and contract closure. - Develop and execute outbound campaigns, cross‑selling initiatives, and market‑entry strategies. - Represent the organization in pitches, conferences, and networking events, delivering compelling value propositions. - Produce high‑quality RFP responses and client‑focused proposals aligned with guidelines and timelines. - Provide win/loss analyses and continuous improvement feedback. **Key Responsibilities:** 1. **Sales Management** – Generate prospects, track pipeline, coordinate proposal and pricing processes, and report on sales activity. 2. **Business Planning** – Contribute to annual business plans, identify target markets/industry sectors, and drive outbound campaigns. 3. **Strategic Leadership** – Lead high‑impact business development projects, craft strategic messaging, and align marketing materials with business objectives. 4. **Client & Industry Engagement** – Network, elevate company profile, nurture short‑ and long‑term client relationships, and conduct debrief reviews. 5. **Collaboration** – Work closely with sales, marketing, and internal leaders to customize materials and solutions for each pursuit. **Required Skills:** - Proven business development and sales experience in corporate real‑estate outsourcing or a transferable sector. - Strong pipeline development and deal‑structuring capabilities. - Expertise in creating RFP responses and client‑centric proposals. - Excellent written and verbal communication; persuasive presentation skills. - Strategic thinking, creativity, and problem‑solving ability. - Ability to build collaborative relationships across all organizational levels. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and business‑development/marketing platforms. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree preferred (any discipline) with 3–5 years relevant sales/solutioning experience. - Equivalent experience/education may be considered in lieu of a degree. - No specific certifications required.
