Job Description

**Job Title:** Sr. DevOps Engineer **Role Summary:** Lead the design, implementation, and automation of DevOps solutions to build, deploy, and manage enterprise-scale applications and infrastructure on AWS. Focus on CI/CD pipelines, cloud environments, and system reliability. **Expectations:** Hands-on expertise in DevOps automation, cloud technologies, and deployment orchestration; collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** - Design and deploy CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline) for application delivery and testing automation. - Build and optimize cloud infrastructure on AWS (EC2, ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3) to support enterprise applications. - Script automation in Bash/Python for pipeline enhancements, deployment automation, and system monitoring. - Manage deployment lifecycles (pre-production to production) using Apache, Docker, and orchestration tools. - Collaborate with development, architecture, and operations teams to troubleshoot deployment and runtime issues. - Monitor, audit, and ensure compliance with cloud security, performance, and release quality standards. **Required Skills:** - Proficiency in CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git, Jira). - Expertise in AWS services (EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, SNS) and containerization (Docker). - Scripting/automation: Bash, Python, Groovy, or Ruby. - Experience with Linux/Unix administration and Apache web server configuration. - Problem-solving in deployment, release management, and cloud troubleshooting. - Integration of APIs with DevOps pipelines and infrastructure. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience). - AWS Certified Solutions Architect (preferred).
