**Job Title:** Salesforce Business Developer **Role Summary:** Drive Salesforce solution growth in France, focusing on fashion and luxury brands. Serve as the commercial and operational bridge between French clients and German/French technical teams, accelerating project initiation and delivery, while ensuring client success and budget oversight. **Expactations:** • Deliver measurable business growth in Salesforce AI Agent solutions and implementation projects. • Maintain high client satisfaction through clear communication and timely delivery. • Shorten time‑to‑delivery via effective sprint governance and cross‑functional coordination. • Manage project budgets, vendor relationships, and operational aspects within agreed parameters. **Key Responsibilities:** • Generate new Salesforce opportunities in the French market, leveraging network in fashion and luxury sectors. • Act as primary commercial interface between French clients and technical teams in Germany and France. • Lead and coordinate sprint governance, cross‑functional team collaboration, and project kick‑offs. • Support implementation of Service Cloud, CTI, data integrations, and AI use cases, ensuring alignment with client goals. • Maintain stakeholder communication and manage client relationships throughout project lifecycle. • Oversee project budgets, vendor management, and operational delivery metrics. **Required Skills:** • Proven sales/business development experience with CRM/Salesforce solutions. • Strong French Salesforce ecosystem network and lead generation capability. • Operational delivery leadership (e.g., Squad Lead) with cross‑functional team management. • Solid understanding of Service Cloud, data integrations, AI use cases, and CTI. • Project management, business analysis, and delivery acceleration expertise. • Excellent communication in English; proficiency in French (native not required). • Familiarity with fashion or luxury sector highly desirable. **Required Education & Certifications:** • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field. • Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Consultant, or Developer) preferred.
