**Job title:** Business Systems Analyst – GTM & Salesforce
**Role Summary:**
Serve as the operational bridge between the Revenue Systems Architect and key stakeholder teams. Own Salesforce administration, flow development, backlog and sprint management, documentation, data governance, and integration across the GTM stack.
**Expectations:**
- Deliver end‑to‑end solution enhancements on Salesforce and associated GTM tools.
- Manage sprint cadence, backlog prioritization, and change management.
- Ensure data integrity, user adoption, and seamless integration across third‑party applications.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Salesforce Administration & Flow Development**
- Build & maintain record‑triggered & scheduled Flows, replacing legacy Process Builder/Workflow.
- Configure page layouts, validation rules, formulas, permission sets, object relationships.
- Manage CPQ workflows, Nue product bundles, pricing rules, approvals.
- Maintain Field Service Lightning (work types, scheduling, resources).
2. **Sprint & Backlog Execution**
- Own Jira sprint board, ticket grooming, prioritization, planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives.
- Coordinate UAT, sign‑off, and publish sprint release notes.
3. **Documentation & Change Management**
- Create system documentation, user guides, SOPs.
- Conduct sandbox testing, impact analysis, structured deployments.
- Provide end‑user training during change rollouts.
4. **Data Stewardship & GTM Support**
- Ensure accuracy of Opportunities, Orders, Leads, Contacts, Accounts.
- Enforce data hygiene, deduplication, validation.
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, Marketing Ops, RevOps to close system gaps.
5. **Integration & Sync Management**
- Troubleshoot field mappings & sync logic across ZoomInfo, Outreach, HubSpot, RingLead, Vitally, etc.
- Partner with vendors/developers for seamless integration of GTM tools.
**Required Skills:**
- 4+ years Salesforce administration experience.
- Proficient in building Flows, formulas, and field logic.
- Experience managing Jira or similar sprint artifacts.
- Strong documentation, SOP, and release note creation.
- Deep understanding of CRM data governance, sales/marketing workflows.
- Excellent communication bridging technical & business teams.
**Required Education & Certifications:**
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
