Job Description
**Job Title:** Manager, Customer Success **Role Summary:** Lead high-touch customer success operations for strategic and enterprise accounts, driving retention, adoption, and growth through team leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration. **Expectations:** Strategic oversight of a high-value customer portfolio, team development, and execution of customer engagement initiatives to maximize value realization and business impact. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead a team of Customer Success Managers (CSMs) in delivering operational excellence and customer-centric outcomes. - Monitor and analyze portfolio KPIs (customer health, expansion signals) to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risk. - Partner with sales teams to execute expansion and renewal strategies, driving ARR growth. - Design and implement customer success programs, including adoption plans, workshops, and business reviews. - Coach CSMs on consultative selling, executive alignment, and tailored success strategies. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, marketing) to align on customer needs and strategic priorities. **Required Skills:** - 8+ years in SaaS customer success, enterprise software, or IT/security industry. - 3+ years managing a customer success team with proven strategy execution. - Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making. - Experience in process improvement and operational excellence. - Leadership in mentoring high-performing teams and fostering consultative engagement. - Track record of managing Fortune 500 strategic accounts. - Advanced communication, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills. **Required Education & Certifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or related field. - MBA or PMP certification preferred (not mandatory).
