Full‑Stack Senior Developer – Leadership & Architecture
**Role Summary**
Lead a team of 2–10 developers, champion clean‑code practices, and craft scalable web applications across the full stack. Drive architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure while advising clients on technical solutions.
**Expactations**
- Mentor and coach developers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of back‑end, front‑end, cloud, and DevOps technologies.
- Act as a technical liaison with clients and stakeholders, translating business goals into workable solutions.
- Champion the adoption of AI tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Architect and deliver modern, high‑performance web applications (front‑end, back‑end, APIs, DB integration).
- Define and enforce coding standards, review code, and ensure adherence to best practices.
- Design modular, maintainable, and scalable system architectures.
- Implement and evolve CI/CD pipelines, containerization, monitoring, and observability.
- Drive cloud strategy (AWS, Azure, GCP) and security compliance.
- Conduct client workshops, requirement analysis, feasibility demos, and technical advisement.
**Required Skills**
- Deep expertise in at least two back‑end languages (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, Go, C#, C++).
- Mastery of a modern front‑end framework (React, Vue.js, Angular).
- Strong data‑modeling skills with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Proven experience in designing sustainable software architectures.
- Working knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Solid DevOps foundation: CI/CD, container orchestration (Docker/K8s), monitoring tools, and observability principles.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client‑facing capabilities.
**Required Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Professional certifications (AWS/Azure/GCP, DevOps) are advantageous but not mandatory.
