Job Description
**Job title** Regional Sales Manager **Role Summary** Lead and manage the sales organization across multiple locations, driving revenue growth, market share, and customer satisfaction. Responsible for setting sales objectives, developing strategic plans, coaching the sales team, and ensuring operational excellence in sales processes and inventory management. **Expectations** - Achieve or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. - Maintain margin and market share goals. - Develop and sustain high‑performance culture within the sales team. **Key Responsibilities** - Establish and maintain effective sales processes and customer relationship management. - Collaborate with leadership to set departmental goals, budgets, and marketing plans; review progress monthly. - Create and execute a comprehensive goods pricing strategy. - Share best practices and standardize processes across sales teams. - Support corporate strategy for used equipment and inventory. - Build and manage customer profiling, targeting, and post‑sale follow‑up. - Coach sales staff on prospecting, consultative selling, call planning, and value selling. - Assist staff in developing individual action plans aligned with company objectives and compensation structures. - Recruit, hire, develop, and retain top sales talent; create development plans. - Conduct bi‑weekly team meetings and participate in storewide leadership meetings. - Coordinate with store and product managers to ensure product displays meet customer expectations. - Promote a positive, value‑driven sales culture. **Required Skills** - Proven sales management experience (minimum 3 years). - Strong coaching, mentoring, and team‑building skills. - Strategic thinking with ability to analyze sales data and financial reports. - Excellent verbal and written communication. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard internet tools. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent practical experience). - Basic knowledge of financial principles relevant to sales operations.
