Job Description
**Job Title** Head of Account Management **Role Summary** Senior leader responsible for coaching and developing a multi‑disciplinary Client Success team (Account Management, SEO, Digital Marketing) across multiple locations. Drives client outcomes, retention, and growth while contributing to strategic decisions and international expansion of a high‑growth SaaS retail platform. **Expectations** - Provide hands‑on leadership and mentorship to an eight‑person team. - Translate company strategy into clear, measurable goals. - Maintain personal ownership of a small portfolio of key accounts. - Ensure consistent delivery of excellent client outcomes and KPI achievement. - Identify and act on upsell/cross‑sell opportunities. - Support escalations and complex client issues. - Travel internationally as required to represent the business. **Key Responsibilities** - Lead, coach, and develop the Client Success team across Manchester and Ulverston. - Set team objectives, monitor performance, and report KPIs to senior leadership. - Oversee SEO, digital campaign delivery, and overall account performance. - Manage a select portfolio of strategic accounts. - Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and customer results. - Collaborate with product, sales, and operations to enhance the end‑to‑end customer journey. - Participate in leadership meetings and contribute to growth strategy for US, Canada, and Australia markets. **Required Skills** - Proven people‑leadership and coaching ability. - Experience managing teams across multiple locations. - Strong background in Client Success, Account Management, or similar client‑facing roles. - SaaS, retail technology, or digital services experience preferred. - Commercial acumen with a focus on retention, upsell, and growth. - Excellent stakeholder and communication skills. - Analytical, data‑driven decision making. - Ability to balance hands‑on delivery with strategic oversight. - Willingness and ability to travel internationally. **Required Education & Certifications** - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field. - Preferred: MBA or relevant professional certifications (e.g., Customer Success, Project Management).
